Really great experience with David Astburys! Being international students, we had a few concerns about property renting, but our agent Alfonso was super patient with us and helped to ensure everything was properly settled from day one. We actually faced a bit of an issue from our end, but with his huge help in getting us through this process, we managed to successfully overcome the issue and settled our contract. We really appreciate everything he’s done for us :) Very trustworthy, and would highly recommend.
Once again I would like to say how grateful I am to Billy from David Astburys for his incredible efficiency and support in helping me find my new property at such short notice!! A couple weeks ago, I was unfortunately informed that I had to move out of my property (which Billy had helped me find just 2 months ago) as they are turning it into a student residence at the end of the summer! I have rented and sold my property through David Astburys and they have provided me with a very personal and efficient service throughout. They have always been on hand to answer any questions and quickly update me on any issues. Elena on the rental management side is exceptional and is able to resolve everything quickly and is always happy to go the extra mile. I am always impressed with her work. Nik and the team have found some great tenants for the property. Toby and Matthew have always been ready to answer questions on the sales side. Matthew has been diligent in his communication with me throughout the sales process even with us living in Australia. Matthew has lead the property sale to a successful conclusion and we are very happy with the result.
