Hands down the best experience I've ever had with an estate agent!! Both Richard and Miriam went above and beyond to help us out, they messaged us to ensure we were settling in alright (which we were indeed!), and they've been very quick and responsive to any questions we had. We've really felt valued and well taken care of! I cannot recommend them enough! Absolute pleasure dealing with them, fantastic service!
Richard and his team have been absolutely outstanding throughout the purchase of our new home. We bought our house through Bracewells and from the start Richard was personable and extremely professional. Throughout the process we felt extremely looked after and saw Richards desire to find the right people for the homes he was selling. His approach was a breath of fresh air and so different to the normal high street agents. I can’t recommend Richard and his team highly enough and hope many more people choose to use his outstanding services.
Richard and the team at Bracewells are absolutely delightful. After having plenty of terrible experiences buying and renting with estate agents it has been such a breath of fresh air to have ones who are actually human, truly care and are lovely to deal with. We’re moving from the area, otherwise would definitely be sticking with them. Can’t praise them highly enough.
Moving is very stressful no matter what, however, moving in the middle of a pandemic is on another level. From my initial contact with Nicola, to the viewing with Richard and then sorting out the final details with Miriam. I can honestly say that this team are absolutely fantastic and quite frankly made an extremely stressful time a lot less stressful. I highly recommend Bracewells because they really do care!
